In the context of being more valuable than Brodie or Hamonic? Yes, absolutely. We're talking about a 22 year old who isn't even in the NHL today because Steve Bernier outplayed him for a spot in the lineup. I would also say Brodie only "broke out" a year or so ago when he started to draw attention as a top young defender in the league.
He's a great 'prospect', but he still has a long ways to go before we start saying he has more value than Brodie.
