The isles won't want Backlund, they are loaded at centre. They would want a natural winger, but one that would serve as an upgrade. Honestly, looking at the isles top 9, I think Backlund would struggle to stay on their 3rd line with his inconsistency. He would become thier Matt Stajan essentially.
