The crowd chanted during the moment of silence for a bombing that happened 
in Turkey it's entirely possible that we're looking at this situation through the lens of cultural relativism. The "moment of silence" is a pretty sacred cow in the West, it may not be so in Muslim countries. 
Again, the people who chose to boo and whistle: huge a-holes. Not defending that, merely pointing out that this isn't a good example of something descriptive of even a large minority of Turks.
