Says who? Hamilton was a top pairing 4 guy on a President's trophy winner and was a top pairing guy last year. Giordano is a top pairing guy right now.
I like Hamonic, but what we'd give up for him is probably more value than pepople realize.

Keith was 26, Seabrook was
24 and Hjalmarsson was
22 when they won it all in 2010.
Brodie turns 26 next season, Hamilton turns 24 in two seasons, and I don't know who our Hjalmarsson is yet but Gio is a hell of a player and old age isn't going to totally nuke his effectiveness.
