Just make sure that they're allowed in whatever league/sport you're playing, some leagues have restrictions on the type of braces are allowed.
And dont wear it when you're not playing otherwise you'll lose whatever strength you have left in your ankles.

It'll mostly be for the gym/hockey.
Good to know not to wear it outside of sports, I was going to slap it on tonight.
