Hey Guys,

I've been doing some research online, and it seems like I've come across Chronic Ankle Instability. Lately it seems like my left ankle will just give out and twist to the side.

I've had a few ankle injuries from Hockey/Soccer but none recently.

Anyone else go through something like this?
