You mean not cap tying him when he was already cap tied? Playing for us in the U-20 World Cup had committed him to Canada. It was only later that FIFA changed their rules to only tie players based on senior games that are continental cup or World Cup qualifiers/games which gave Begovic a chance to change his mind. I blame Begovic for screwing over the country that developed him.
