The CFL is probably the worst game with how it is setup(rules and all) with the 8 or 9 teams or whatever the hell it is. How can you possibly get into watching that garbage with low end players, no hype, horrible broadcasting, no structured play(30 yard passes like no problem) and that so called league with 6 teams.

I understand Canadians have little to no imagination at all, so the only thing that gets you going is a big play to make you think something real big is going on when really, it's nothing spectacular. Strategy is a big part when it comes to sports down here, and big plays can mean either 2 yard 3rd down plays or 20 yard pass plays, it all depends. It's not that way with you guys at ll up there in woods, you like big hits, fast action and that's it.

I'll admit the Super bowl sucks, and may be the worst NFL game all year. This is because the fans are not fans(for the most part) and the hype is so great that it gets annoying. But to say NCAA and NFL regular season and playoffs is boring, is just ######ed. And yes, i've watched a CFL game before(only for about 4 minutes) because it was the worst sport i think i have ever seen and is a disgrace to how football is supposed to be played which is mainly strategy.
Wow, I can't imagine why the majority of Canadians (or the world) hate Americans after reading this post... You know, "up here" in Canada we are pretty respectful of differing opinions and usually do not make huge generalizations about an entire country, but then again "up here" in Canada we don't have terrorists trying to kill us either.

Regardless of how many teams are in the CFL, they play the same number of games per season as the NFL does. This way the teams usually know how the other teams operate which makes the games that much more exciting. The first week of the NFL was grossly represented by outmatched teams - tell me how this makes more exciting football. Imagine! Liking big hits and fast action better than strategy... If I wanted to watch strategy I'ld go check out a chess tournament on ESPN 8 - the ocho.

I love how you think that Canadians have no imagination at all, especially when you've re-elected Bush... Trust me, there is nothing Americans can say about Canadians that we would ever take seriously after you elected that clown... twice! I personally do not hate all Americans, just about 53% of American voters, and somehow I get the feeling you're one of them.

Saying we have no imagination is a pretty bold statement to be making on a hockey forum, nay a hockey forum for a Canadian team. If you don't like the way we play sports "up here" - why don't you watch some American hockey... when was the last time you guys won the gold again? And how many Canadians play in the NHL?
