I'm shopping for the same thing. Right now I'm sitting tight to see what happens with the black Friday / cyber Monday sales but if nothing pops up I'm leaning towards this:

The consumer reports reviews for Vizio are pretty good and the price is right. But most importantly for me it has 5 HDMI input. I have an HDMI switch for my current TV but it drives me nuts. Why most TV's have only 2 or 3 HDMI inputs is beyond me.
