Good luck getting any kind of discount on that. Apple keeps really tight tabs on supplies/pricing on their stuff, and in the last few years has replaced any seasonal promotions with gift card/iTunes credit in lieu of discounts.
If you wait for Black Friday you *might* get a $200 iTunes card with purchase, or possible a discount of less then 5%... with contract.
So you might be able to get the gift card and toss it on kijiji to offset the cost a bit, but discounts on new in box Apple devices are hard to find, and even harder on iPhones.
