Just echoing what others have said about Voyager... seriously the characters were horrible and they had near zero character development. Like really at the end of the series what do we know Chakotay for except his native American hallucinations and dremcatchers? lol
DS9 was fantastic, dark and actually showed the Federation in a realistic and desperate light.
