Nothing will work. All your suggestions are not going to work. Hundreds, if not thousands of people are killed in pointless gang violence all over the world.
Is there any difference between killing someone cause they dont believe the same fairy tale as you or killing someone cause they rep different colors then you?
I will say that at least North American gangsters have the decency to try and only kill each other.
