I think we have to, as a nation, strongly denounce it. We don't attribute it to anything/anyone. We don't make a knee jerk reaction and change policy. We say we will help in any way we can to find those behind it, or something.
We say more than just 'I'm sorry'.

a bit, my concern stands with how we're screening the refugees, but I'm not at the point of sitting there saying that we should view every refugee with suspicion.
At this point though the opposition is obligated to ask questions about the screening process.
