not very good GMing there. His former assistants Yzerman and Nill have both been far superior since leaving Detroit. Detroit is lucky that their scouting and drafting is still excellent, there's a constant influx of talent coming from Grand Rapids which masks Hollands bad recent trade/UFA record.
