Berra got special attention from a Goalie Coach that believed in him and convinced the GM to go out and get him, and got sheltered minutes behind a bona fide starter. Not to mention he was hot garbage when he first arrived in Colorado, but they've persevered with him over there. That would have never happened here.
Call me when he takes over a starting job from someone. Until then that's as good a trade as you're likely to see for a fringe player.
