I think Hartley will be fine this season. Most people realize the Flames over-achieved last year.

Now if there isn't improvement early into next season, I could see him getting the axe. He was Feaster's guy - not Treliving's - so despite the coach of the year award and the new deal, he's not going to get too much slack.
