Looking at that first goal, there's 4 Flames skaters right there. Sure, Rämö gave a juicy rebound, but to me that's less unforgivable than 4 guys just standing there doing nothing while the Panthers put that rebound to the net.
That goal highlights our problem nicely. The goalies are not helping the skaters, and the skaters are not helping the goalies. Hilarity ensues. Or a league leading 63 goals against.
