I read through a lot of them, and there are a surprising amount of well thought out "0s" that have some points I certainly agree with.
The ME style conversation wheel is dumb as hell.
The constant camping in the uncanny valley during conversations
The lack of ability points while leveling sucks
The changes to some of the perks has made them bland and less enjoyable while forcing you to use the new mechanics
The awful PC UI at launch.
There are also a lot of ridiculous reasons, such as being unhappy that a Bethesda game is being made in a similar style to previous Bethesda games. Whining that the game plays like an FPS, when that was always going to be a huge element of the game.
The issues I mentioned certainly aren't enough to ruin enjoyment of the game. The 0s are certainly a huge overreaction by some mouth breathers who were looking for reasons to hate the game before ever playing it.
It's a solid 8 - 8.5 game. If I compare early experiences, it doesn't come close to the Witcher as far as GOTY, but that can change as I move on pretty easily. In fact I have no idea why I make that comparison this early.
