I'm not sure I understand the methodology, but As of right now, Iggy is an absolute lock.
If Iggy never player another game, he'd be on 100% of ballots in his first year.
Crosby and Ovechkin are ahead of him in this article, but if either of them never played another game, likely neither of them would get in - and at the very leat neither of them is anywhere near a lock. Ultimately they will both get in - becasue they both have a number of good years to go in all likelihood.
