Bollig has had 2 good games I thought where he positively impacted the game. If it coincided with one of the 2 absolute tire-fire games by Giordano, then I would say that Bollig was a better player that game than Giordano. Doesn't mean that Bollig is suddenly a more important cog now or in the future - just that nobody on the team is THAT terrible to be worse than another player who has a terrible game.
Heck, Raymond was one of the better players on the ice at least once, and I think he shouldn't be on the team any longer.
As for Ferland - there may not be a bigger fan of his than me. He is still young and learning what it means to be an NHL'er. He also may have had a nagging injury too with the style of game he is playing. Bollig having a game or two in which he was the better player doesn't mean that Ferland is garbage. Everyone (excluding Gaudreau and Brodie thus far) have had 'garbage' games where they have negatively impacted the game, and conversely practically everyone on the team - Bollig and Raymond included - have had games where they positively impacted the game.

I actually think Raymond has been better this year than last, and Bollig might be the same. Of course, the bar was really really low.
