Bad taste, sure, but I still haven't heard a compelling reason that this sort of thing should be censored. Too soon? Is it because of children? Because we have all heard jokes around 911, shuttle explosions, and any number of high profile deaths and tragedies. Most are not particularly funny, but I would still defend the right to attempt that humour.
