I think he has to send it to a NAFTA tribunal, I don't think there's any choice in the matter.
Obama has done a fabulous job of screwing over or pissing off every major close friend that America has had.
this is a cynical decision by Obama the president who's bragged about basically building enough pipeline in the States to circle the globe twice, the President who continues to be one of the largest exporters of dirty coal.
this was all about Obama cozying up to the Democratic big money supporters and nothing more. Similar to how we go after the Republican's for their big money supporters.
At first when Trudeau stated that he was pulling out of the Syrian mission I was against the move because I thought it would send a bad message to our Nato Allies and to the world that Canada was once again going to become a unreliable partner. But at this point, I'm fine with it because it basically states that we're not happy with American's treatment of our nation.
From the whole appointing an ambassador thing and how that was a bit of a diplomatic slap in the face to , the buy America program and how it was anti Nafta, to wanting to increase tariffs on Canadian goods, this, it just shows that this President is taking us for granted, and news flash, if Hillery wins, she's an Obama disciple and will continue to slap us in the face.
If Justin thinks he can deal with this ego maniac he's fooling himself.
Obama has just completely screwed this country over in terms of the energy business. I believe he's cost TCPL about 3 billion dollars in a venture that the State Department approved and Obama denied to satisfy his backers who will give him more money for his library.
America is no longer the friend that it once was, and unfortunately there aren't many levers that Canada can pull to retaliate except to tell them not to ask us for any more help in terms of alliances etc.
But at least he takes a nice selfie and hangs out with Puff Daddy.
