Harley winning an award means absolutely nothing if you are unable to get the results the next year. There is obviously a problem with our strategies when we can't average a GAA under 4 goals per game with THREE different goaltenders put in. As much as theres been some stinkers I think a lot of things are pointing to the problem being a lot more than our goalies when were giving out almost 40 shots like yesterdays game. Hartley is no longer getting the results. You can tell team morale is down and if its decided that going forward with the same system isn't going to work you can Hartley that instant, Jack Adams winner or not.

The line of thinking is: Last year they did well and just about everyone thought Hartley was a great coach. I don't think Hartley is doing anything or much differently this year but suddenly he's a bad coach? Where is the logic in that? I don't think Hartley is the problem and there's something wrong with the line of thinking that Hartley is the problem because "he" is not getting the team to play well as if it's all his fault. The coach is not the sole responsible person for the team playing a certain way and letting go of a good coach because the entire team isn't playing well isn't a smart idea.
