IMO it's becoming more and more evident that the reason the flames signed Ramo was not because they thought they had a trade for Hiller, it's because Hartely does not have confidence in Ortio. Not going to be shocked when Hiller comes back that Ortio will be put on waivers, clear waivers, and sent to the AHL.

Maybe that's a blessing in disguise tho...perhaps now they can waive Ortio without worry of him being claimed, have him spend more time in AHL and figure out wtf to do with Ramo and Hiller.
