Ruff, Quenville, Bylsma, Babcock, Julien in this era have coached longer than 5 years. Those are off the top of my head. Didn't Hitch coach that long in Dallas too? Different era. NVM.
On average yeah Id say 3 years. There's a big window here for Hartley to operate in though. I don't think he gets canned this season. Perhaps as early as next year if they get off to a poo start then.
