Nice to see Stephane Dion get the Minister of Foreign Affairs position. The guy is a good politician and stuck it through.

Trudeau's leadership rival, Marc Garneau also became the Minister of Transportation.

Harjit Singh Sajjan was also a no-brainer for Minister of Defense. He was a commanding officer in the Canadian Military (first Sikh to have that title in Canadian history in fact). I believe he had another career as a police officer as well.

Hunter Tootoo also became the Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard.
