Some honest, trying to help and not be a dick advice, professional advice:
1. You're going about it backwards. You should have a name before you have a logo.
2. That logo does not do what you think it does at the moment. It doesn't read like a dog, nor can you read your initials. Deciding on a name first will help you figure out which thematic direction to push it into it.
3. That logo is executed in a sub-par manner. You will need to create it in vector (eps/ai) format for it to be usable.
