What if you work in a tech store and someone comes in looking for something that doesn't exist or obviously wouldn't be in a tech store like an iPhone running android or Windows OS. Would you yell at them, cut them off and tell them they are stupid? He is at work after all and the stations need their listeners.

I worked a customer service job where a drunk guy approached me, mumbled some incoherent garbage, wet himself and passed out on a chair. That's half of the callers to Overtime.
Thankfully the customer isn't always right and the Police can take care of the idiots. Unfortunately, Pat doesn't have that luxury.
He has however, spent the last 4-5 years being very accommodating to 99.9% of the callers regardless of the calibre of call and is entitled to have a bad day every once in a while.
