Unfortunately this is not a problem that can be fixed by coaching.

How do we fix this? Do we fix it all?
I think it can in fact be fixed. All 3 goalies last season showed promise and an ability to win games. They have the ability and talent to do it. For some reason it's not all clicking.

What if Treliving goes out, gets a good goalie and the team still sucks? Then what? The team as a collective seems to be out of sync. Having said that, I think goaltending is the #1 issue but there is no guarantee that going out and using an asset to get another goalie yields a better result. Hiller is not normally this bad. This is not the norm for him. And while Ortio hasn't taken the reigns and ran with it, he's shown to be more then capable in his small sample size.

Is it the goalie coach? Perhaps. None of us are in the room so we have no idea. But all 3 goalies need to get their #### together and sooner rather then later.

All we need is one of the goalies to steal us a game, get some confidence. A shutout would be a godsend. With the way our defensive zone coverage is these days, getting another goalie would just recycle the same problem until other issues are resolved.

The saying goes that your goalie is only as good as the system you play in.
