Default GAME 15: Saskatchewan at CALGARY

Game Start: Saturday, October 31st @ 1:00pm (McMahon Stadium)
TV: TSN, ESPN3

Stampeders need to win the last 2 games (Saskatchewan and BC Lions) while Eskimos lose their last game against Montreal Alouettes in order to win the Western Conference title and a bye in the Round 1 of the playoff. Lose a game or Eskimos winning their last game means Calgary will play either BC Lions or Montreal.

OFFENSE:

First game for RB Jerome Messam wearing the Stamps jersey and it is only fitting that he will play against the team that traded him. Messam is still in the running for winning the Rushing Title. QB Bo Levi Mitchell is getting close to 5,000 passing yards in the season and with 2 games left, he will definitely reach that plateau. R Jeff Fuller and RB Jon Cornish will miss the game tomorrow due to injury. R Eric Rogers is leading the CFL in receiving yards and he's got a 60-yards lead over 2nd place Adarius Bowman.

DEFENSE:

LB Deron Mayo having a good season and will be manning the MLB position the rest of the season and maybe the playoffs also. MLB Juwan Simpson won't playing the rest of the regular season due to injury. Another bad news is DE Charleston Hughes will be gone for the rest of the season due to lower body injury. It means DE Frank Beltre and DE Brandon Boudreaux will be taking his place chasing the quarterbacks. DB Fred Bennett will also miss the game and maybe done for the season too. Rookie Canadian DB Tevaughn Campbell will be starting his 2nd game as the cornerback.

SPECIAL TEAM:

Returner Skye Dawson will start his 2nd game as a returner for the Stampeders replacing the injured Tim Brown. Against Hamilton, Dawson was just okay especially in the first half of the game but his last return on a missed field goal he returned the ball on a decent field position that gave K Rene Paredes a winning field goal.
