It is the same all the levels up.
I had a buddy that played 30+ times for Canada. He has a great story about playing the Boks in SA. After the game he and another well known Boks "disappeared" for the night. He said they went all over to different clubs and got VIP treatment. He said all night long his host introduced him as his Canadian Friend.
I have spent many a night on the piss with Jason Leonard (aka The Fun Bus) when he was over playing for the Hornets. Great guy, and you would never guess he was a world class athlete.
I can't think of too many other sports that encourage the sportsmanship Rugby does.
