Of course he's past his prime... People have been saying that for 7 years it seems... but he still manages to score 30 goals year after year. He'll do it again this year. Pretty sure he was a plus player last season on a bad Avalanche team as well. Not many guys available that you can confidently say will put up those numbers. As a GM, I don't need him to "stand out"... I just need secondary scoring. Don't care how fancy the goals are. I just want goals. Again... He probably isn't available either for that exact reason.
