Wow. What a bizarre situation the Flyers have created for themselves. The forwards are fine, the defense is a complete mess. But they have three high end D prospects in junior, at least two years away, three decent D prospects in the AHL, maybe a year away, and a good D prospect in college.
If someone were able to stomach Schenn for a year (he's a UFA), then one could probably victimize the Flyers for a pretty high end future defenseman.
Two horrible anchors in MacDonald and Vinny, as well.
