The team is so lacking confidence right now. Hartley is not the Coach to bring a team to contender status, but that's not why they can't win right now. It's not Hamilton, Bollig or Engelland. It's a lack of conviction they had last year. If you're not extremely confident because you know you're good, you lose those close battles on the boards because your always clutching and second guessing. Double so for scoring. The whole team has the yips.
