Actually, that tape has been debunked. It is not Usama bin Laden in that tape. The man who is purported to be bin Laden in this tape is too fat, has the wrong shaped face, is right handed (Usama was left handed), and is wearing a watch (bin Laden was a pious man and would not wear adornments like that). I thought this was common knowledge?
