I strongly ask you to re-consider. If the avatar was contained in this thread alone, I could see your point.. but it's not. It is going to go into every thread he does - hockey or otherwise - and will cause arguments where none previously existed. He has a beef with a few individuals, but is definitely impacting the vast majority (including ones who totally avoid the Off-Topic board) with his avatar. Please remove it.
