Either way some of it is going to need to come down to common courtesy. As it stands someone can stand beside your kid and smoke til their blue in the face. Its a dick move and youd be fully in your right to ask them to stop. Smokers should be aware of whos around them and act accordingly regardkesd of what theyre inhaling

Smoking is nasty, plain and simple.
My concern immediate affects of 2nd hand pot smoke v tobacco smoke. Your mental state isn't altered by 2nd hand tobacco smoke. If 2nd hand pot smoke causes a "high" that, for me is a concern.
