I agree in principal, but cigarette smoke falls under the same principal. If you're going to allow cigarette smoking in public spaces (and even vaping inside) the same rules should apply for MJ. If you're going to ban MJ you sure as hell better ban cigarette smoke.
One of the main reasons I want this is so when my buddies go out for a dart, I can join them and not choose between sitting at a table on my own, or standing outside needlessly inhaling cigarette smoke.
