And that they didn't show up in the final list of identified bodies doesn't mean they weren't there, it could mean that their remains couldn't be identified, couldn't be recovered, or weren't recovered from the plane but were recovered elsewhere. There were other people that also weren't on that list. If there's multiple possible answers to a question you can't just pick the one that supports your chosen view...
