Proportional representation in Canada would also mean there would be a larger Liberal presence in Alberta as well.

I can't find the exact popular votes numbers by province from last night, but going by the October 18th poll and assuming that the election was similar, it would roughly breakdown as:

CPC -> 50% = 17 seats
Liberals -> 27% = 9 seats
NDP -> 15% = 5 seats
Greens/Others = 4 seats
