Losses? Can you explain? Because I'm just going based on
Wiebe Door, but it seems to me that they have a pretty damned good argument that the individuals in question are independent contractors for Canadian tax purposes...
Also totally unsure as to what bearing this has on anything other than being academically interesting if you're a tax nerd.
