- Top Pairing of Gio-Hamilton looking much poised out there. Would like to see Hamilton play with an edge more, though thought he did well during the PK. Gio was the best defenceman out there

- That second line had strong forchecking and created some good chances. Maybe one to many passes at times.

- Top line tried out their but need to have crisper passes to each other.

- Ferland-Stajan-Jones, again had some chances, but the passes were too late or didn't connect. I would like to see Ferland sit for a game and draw Granlund in.

- Jooris was good on the forecheck but had penalty's that didn't help at all. Need a better all around game from him

- Frolik remains a great acquisition, but should've shot on that chance

- Goalie situations still remains a question. Hope to see what Ortio brings to the table soon.

- Consistency remains a question. Are we really that that hard-working team that we were last year?

- if we lose against the Oilers, I will start to question the Flames. Didn't expect to win against the Jets in there barn, though it was much closer then expected.
