An who would you say are the better options on the farm? Poirier? Like I mentioned in my other post, he hasn't shown he belongs in the NHL yet. Arnold? 1 meaningless NHL game at the end of the season before last. Klimchuk who just graduated from junior? After that you start getting into guys with third line upside at best. Don't get me wrong, I hope these guys all make it at some point and prove they're good enough to be flames for years to come, but I don't see how this could possibly be Granlund's last chance with the big club.
