I need an alarm clock to wake me up at 10am. Frankly, working nights I need an alarm clock to wake up at 4pm. And I need 3 alarms to wake up at 4am. It has nothing to do with "commitment level", and I fail to see how that means I'm "doing something wrong"
As already pointed out, unless you're in bed and awake at virtually the same time every day, that "internal alarm clock" just doesn't happen. Throw in late night flights, travel, time zone changes, and guess what: your circadian rhythms just don't reset in 2 days.
