Yeah, IMO Brodie is still well ahead of him and should be on the top pairing with Giordano.

Hamilton is young, and he is adjusting to a new team and a new system. He should be getting easier minutes. Especially when you factor in that the best part of his game at this young age is his offense - give him a chance to utilize that skill and excel while he continues to develop the rest of his game.

Meanwhile, Giordano/Brodie can keep doing what they do - be the best defensive pairing in the NHL.

I still believe that when Brodie gets back, the Flames' D will start to look like we all expected it to.
