Good to know your parents at least understand the situation. It's bad when parents only listen to one side of the story, and that's there own. Having parents that listen to what you have to say will go a long way to speed up the "healing" process. Don't you just love confessing? Feels like weights have been lifted off your shoulders.
Right now, focus on those reasons that you have which still make you lie. It'll start all over again if you don't, and the next time won't be pretty. Your life may be closely monitored now, but if you lie again, it will be hell. Better to fix the problem completely and the close monitoring will eventually disappear when trust is rebuilt.
