First, the Liberal platform says they will only raise taxes on individuals making $200k or more. Individual who make between $44.7k and $199.9k will get a tax break under the Liberal plan. It's your choice to believe they're being dishonest and they actually plan to raise taxes on everyone, but that's certainly not the platform they've campaigned on.

Secondly, you're vastly overestimating the number of Canadians who make $100k or more. As of 2013, fewer than 7.5% of Canadian adults had an individual income >= $100k. Approximately 85% of Canadians make less than $75k/year.
