This happens in the regular season and it's merely a blip on the radar, Jays likely win Saturday and it's on to the next. But in playoffs everything is just so magnified. There isn't time like there is over the course of a season for the bad luck/calls to even itself out. The scales get tipped one way and it seems like the world is ending.
All we can do now is hope Estrada is better than the Rangers SP for game 3, win it - and then the pressure is back on the Rangers.
If it doesn't happen- it doesn't make the Jays chokers, it makes them
Incredibly unfortunate. This easily could be 2-0 Jays. The difference is so miniscule.
