Rotation wise, does it make sense to make Dickey the fourth starter? Like if Price, Estrada, and Stroman can win the first three games, can Price start the next game in the ALCS? And if the Jays don't go 3-0, then Dickey can go in Game 4 and then Price can be ready again for Game 1?
