I sure hope they don't drop exclusivity length on biologics. 8 years probably isn't enough. These are the designer drugs that target horrible disease and give people actual dignity and quality of life... or life itself. Dropping the patent length of these would be disastrous to innovation and research.
This is a price we should be willing to pay in health care, imo.
